So we are going to sizzle fo rizzle on the grizz-al with these 10 fat-burning, body shredding moves!

Here is the workout:
Do each move for 0:30-0:45 seconds and repeat 3 times
2- Single Leg Push-Ups
3- Decline Push-Ups
4- Knee Pull-Ins
5- Alternating Toe Touches
6- Single Leg Bridge Lifts
7- Bridge Lifts on Your Toes
8- Leg Lifts with Slow Lower
9- Mountain Climbers
10- Side Plank Leg Raises
