For our second video in the Bikini Body Workout series, we’ll show you the best exercises for sexy bikini abs! One of the best ways to beat muffin top and blast love handles is by doing oblique exercises, since the obliques frame the abs. We’ve got three awesome bikini abs exercises in today’s ab workout that will help trim and flatten your belly.

Shoot for 3 sets of 10 repetitions of each of these sexy abs exercises, and be sure to do a 4 second hold at the top of each rep:

1) Teacups — This exercise will challenge your obliques to help you get those sexy abs! 10 reps on each side. Make sure to do each rep with a 4 second hold.

2) Opposite Elbows to Opposite Knee Planks — This abs exercise challenges the entire core, but you’ll work the obliques diagonally to shape a sexy core. 10 reps on each side with a 4 second hold.

3) Knee to Elbow Crunches — Trim your belly by working each side of your stomach separately with his obliques exercises. Shoot for 10 reps on each side with a 4 second hold.
