Lets compare 6-3-2 meals a day vs 1 caloric intakes and ammounts:

Personally I keep your calories around 50% Carbs, 40 percent protein, and 10 percent fat.
A day of eating 6 meals per day could look like this with about 250-300 calls per meal:
Egg whites with broccoli and blueberries in the morning
than chicken breast w veg and sweet potatato
than cabbage soup and tuna
than banana handful of almonds and jerky
than salmon okra, spinach, tomatoes etc lettuce and blackberries.
than oats protein powder and steamed winter squash
I did Intermittent fasting for couple of months where I consumed these foods in 1-2 or 3 meals a day.
