Do my 5 moves to target the outer gluten, shape your buns, and give them a nice lift. Do the exercises on the right leg, and then my 5 moves on the left leg, for a total of 16 minutes of booty work! If you are a beginner, do one exercise on the right and then the left, and move forward with the exercises alternating legs.
